The day after the exhibition, both parties signed a framework agreement for solar mounting supply, under which we will deliver the first 2.5MW of adjustable-tilt mounting systems within 45 days after contract signing, with payment terms 30% deposit + 70% against BL copy. Additionally, a priority cooperation for a subsequent 3MW roof-mount project was established. This successful agreement marks our product’s recognition by a major Philippine EPC and solidifies our foundation for further expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
